We are a brand focused on creating quality, well-designed products that we wanted ourselves.

Do you have retail stores?

No. We mostly sell directly through our online shop. This allows us to keep our overhead costs down and keep our prices affordable. The beauty of selling online is that we can reach millions of people in India

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard as well as via Netbanking, cash on delivery. 

 

What is cash on delivery?

 

If you are not comfortable making a prepaid order then you can opt for Cash on Delivery option i.e. you have to make your payment in cash during the time of your item’s delivery. For orders below Rs.1200 COD charges of Rs 50 would be applicable. The payment should be strictly in cash. Payment only in Indian Currency is accepted.

My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

 Returns for a failed transaction are processed automatically and deposited into your account within 7-10 working days. Check your account after this period and let us know if your funds have not been credited.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase?

 Apart from COD charges (if applicable), what you see is what you get with us. There are no hidden charges.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

As of now, we don't but are planning to start it very soon.

Shipping is absolutely free for all prepaid orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? How do I make a return?

Our return policy is simple, we offer easy returns/exchanges on all orders.

All products must be returned within 15 days from order date unless marked as final sale.

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?

Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Once the package is delivered, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your return or exchange to be processed. When a return or exchange is processed, you will be notified via email.

How does your clothing fit?

What about mobile covers?

Our Cases are constructed as a one-piece, impact resistant, flexible plastic hard case with an extremely slim profile and access to all standard button and ports. Just choose the model you want and leave the rest to us.
