What does shipping cost?
- Shipping is absolutely free on all prepaid orders.
- COD Charges on all Cash-On-Delivery Orders.
How long does shipping take?
All our products are dispatched within 48-72 hrs from our warehouse and once dispatched take up to 2-5 days to reach your given address. We usually make sure the products reach to you within the specified timeline but in case there is any major delay we'll keep you updated. Also, these timelines do not apply during Festive and End of Season Sales due to high volume of orders.
Can I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail along with an sms with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange.
Customers can exchange/ return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to assist you.
You will need to courier the product back to us (unused and in original condition) within 15 days of receiving the product.
- How can I send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.
- What is the address to return items?
Please mail us at email@example.com along with the order id and we will send you the details.
- How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?
Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We usually recommend India Post. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.
- By when can I expect the new size to be delivered?
Upon receiving exchanged product, we will ship the new product immediately.
In case, you are unhappy with the product, we refund the entire amount directly to your account or PayTm. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong/damaged product:We check the quality of each and every product before shipping. But just in case you receive an incorrect or damaged product mail us at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
